I know that not everyone makes Easter candy–getting dinner on the table every night can be challenging enough!  But all of these recipes have easy-to-follow steps, many of which can be broken down and completed over time. You might be surprised by how doable homemade candy is.

Following are links to a variety of candy, which need not be saved for Easter.  My grandmother’s recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Eggs (which rival a Reese’s peanut butter cup!) tastes equally delicious when rolled into simple balls.

The coconut eggs have converted many who profess to despise coconut, and I make a point of freezing some to pull out when my biggest fans least expect it.

There are also deliciously easy ways to use the leftover dipping chocolate, and I even pulled out a healthy option this year…and they were a big hit, too!

If you are willing to share, all of these treats make popular gifts. A simple craft box tied with a bow makes a pretty presentation.

I’ve been making your candy egg recipes for three years now and they have become a family favorite for sure. Everyone now anticipates them and they are so much better than anything store-bought. Thank you so much for sharing these treasures!
