Cheddar Hash Brown Crust


  • 3 cups pre-shredded hash brown-style potatoes, thawed
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten


  1. Drain the thawed hash browns well. (I like to wrap in a clean tea towel and squeeze out the moisture.)
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cheese and eggs.
  3. Press into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate and bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy around the edges.
