This recipe can be easily adapted to make any amount desired. The proportions are simply one part caramel sauce to two parts eggnog. For an extra hint of holiday spice, add a pinch or two of freshly grated nutmeg. A splash of rum offers a tasty adult option.
Yield – 3/4 cup
1/4 cup (90 grams) caramel sauce (I love using the 7-minute sauce)
1/2 cup (120 ml) eggnog (I like Turkey Hill Dairy’s Egg Nog)
In a jar or other container (one that you can easily pour from is helpful), stir together the caramel sauce and eggnog.
Cover and refrigerate for use as a creamer for coffee or tea, giving a quick stir before using.
