Grilled Steak Salad


  • Leftover grilled flank or strip steak, sliced thinly across the grain
  • Mixed greens, romaine, or lettuce of choice
  • Tomato grapes, halved
  • Leftover fresh corn or thawed frozen corn
  • Slivered red onion
  • Other options: black olives, celery, avocado, jicama, black beans, scallions, chives
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing of your choice (see links for recipes)


  1. Layer steak and veggies on top of greens.
  2. Drizzle with dressing of choice and toss. Sooooo easy!
