- 3 tablespoons paprika (I use 2T sweet, 1T smoked)

- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (use 1T for more heat)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
