Yield: 1/3+ cup (Recipe may easily be doubled or tripled.)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon white or apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A pinch (1/16 teaspoon) kosher salt
Optional: 1/2 tablespoon minced yellow onion
Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Stored in the fridge, the sauce will keep for at least one week.
