Meal Delivery Service

We offer curated meal experiences for those who need a helpful hand in the kitchen. Emily Russo, MS, RD, CDN, LDN, and I work as a team to provide meals that you and/or your family will enjoy. 

Examples of clients we have worked with in the past:

  • Someone who recently had a baby and was struggling to get meals on the table for the rest of the family
  • A neighbor who needed help with meal planning when the primary caregiver was out of town
  • A partner of someone who had just undergone a medical procedure and had new dietary needs to consider

Prices will vary depending on food costs, planning needs, and duration of services. 

Because of the special nature of this work, at this time we only offer Family Meal Planning to those who are local, and we are limited in how many clients we can take.

Quick to prep and brimming with flavor, this endlessly versatile chicken can be served over rice, in tacos or enchiladas, and can be customized with a variety of toppings. This is on my list of easy meals that defy expectations—and we can never have too many of those!
