Green Stir Fry and a Guest Appearance on Full Belly Sisters

Full Belly Sisters (FBS) is a unique and informative website which addresses all aspects of women’s health.  In addition, Justine and Flannery Fontinell, creators of the Full Belly Sisters, are also the creators of some of the most AMAZING food!  Their cooking style clearly demonstrates that healthy and delicious go hand in hand.  They use ingredients in unbelievably creative ways–remember Cauliflower Fried Rice?

I am extremely excited and honored to have been asked to write a guest column for their website.  For this special occasion, I am sharing a stir-fry recipe that I created a few months ago but, until now, had never officially recorded. This stir-fry was inspired by a trip to market and a beautiful, green bunch of broccoli rabe.  This is one of the more bitter vegetables, but I love it.  If it’s not your cup of tea or it isn’t available, substitutions are provided.  This recipe, and its many variations, has become a quick and easy favorite in our house.  I hope you will enjoy it, and all that Full Belly Sisters has to share, as well!
