The first thing I would make would be homemade marshmallows! I’ve always wanted to make them, but they say that having a stand mixer is absolutely required. I would love to be able to give homemade marshmallows as Christmas gifts this year!

  2. Kathleen

I have wanted a Kitchenaide all my life and have never been in the position to acquire one and not sure what my first baking project would be but at this time of year probably “pajinks” a homemade bread dough made with fresh pumpkin and served up with homemade vegetable soup in honor of my mother and father who are no longer with us. Thank youl

I really don’t know what the first thing I would make would be. Probably my mom’s foundation cookies and homemade icing because I never get to make them since my regular had mixer isn’t strong enough!

  5. Cheryl Rahkonen

I have always wanted a mixer that has dough hooks so that I could make bread. So the first thing I would make, if I won, would be bread and I would definitely use the dough hooks.

The first thing I would make with my Kitchen Aid Mixer is my famous pumpkin cheesecake!! I always make this for Thanksgiving and get requests for it throughout the year!
